Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using cultins.site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or unlawful purposes.

3. Website Launch project

• The Website Launch is a one-time fixed fee of US$5,500, paid in full at checkout.
• It covers strategy, design, development, content structure and production launch of one website for your business.
• Work starts after payment and after you deliver the onboarding materials we request (logo, photos, services, service areas, domain access).
• Communication is asynchronous by email; we reply within 24 hours on business days. Calls are optional.
• Delivery timelines depend on how quickly materials and feedback are provided.

4. Growth Maintenance

• Optional monthly subscription of US$1,099/month, billed automatically.
• An eligible first month may be free for customers who never paid for maintenance before; billing then starts the following month.
• You can cancel anytime from your Profile. Service stays active until the end of the paid period; no partial refunds for the current month.
• If a payment fails, our payment processor will retry automatically; service may pause if the balance stays unpaid.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never store full card details. Prices are in US dollars and include any taxes we are required to collect. Because work begins upon payment, the Website Launch fee is non-refundable once design work has started. If we cannot start your project, you receive a full refund.

6. Ownership

After full payment, you own the final website design, content and code delivered for your business, whether or not you continue Growth Maintenance. Your photos, logo and content remain yours at all times.

7. AI project briefing

The AI briefing tool produces automated suggestions for planning only. It is not a quote, contract or professional advice. Always confirm scope with us in writing.

8. Demonstration models

The website models on this site are demonstrations. Names, images, testimonials and figures inside them are illustrative and do not represent real companies.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

10. Liability

The site and services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, including leads or revenue results.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
